How to Consume:
Internally:
- Take 5 gms of powder with 100 ml of water and boil them for some minutes. After the water gets warm, filter them, and drink before Morning food.
- Mix 2 teaspoons of Indigo leaf powder with 2 teaspoons of honey. Have it twice a day.
Externally:
For sores and ringworms:
Ā Mix Indigo Leaf Powder with some sesame oil and apply on the infected area.Ā
For hair Dye:
Mix Amla powder, Indigo leaf powder, and Bhringraj leaf powder with a little water and apply it as a natural hair dye.
For Glowing skin:
Take 2 tablespoons of Indigo leaf powder and add 1 tablespoon of curd and mix well to make a smooth paste. Apply on a clean face and keep it on for 20 minutes. Wash off with water.
For Ulcer:
Take 2-3 teaspoons of indigo leaf powder. Mix a little honey in it. Apply this ointment to cure mouth ulcers.
